Pork burger with horseradish sauce, decorated with marinated beets and fresh red peppers

Ingredients

1 Schulstad CEBULAK Burger bun
1 large pork burger
1 slice of Cheddar cheese
3 large pieces of fresh pepper
Salt, black pepper – to taste
3 slices of cooked beet
Wine vinegar, oil, sugar, parsley leaves
3 slices of fresh cucumber
2 leaves of romain lettuce
1 tablespoon of horseradish
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Heat the Schulstad CEBULAK BURGER bun in the oven or in a grill pan.
Grill meat and pieces of pepper, then season the pork with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, sugar, oil, wine vinegar and chopped parsley leaves. Combine with beets slices and set aside for a while.
Mix mayonnaise with horseradish.
Spread the horseradish sauce on a warm bun.
Put the ingredients in layers: romain lettuce, fried meat, cheddar cheese, peppers, marinated beet slices and cucumber slices.
Optionally, top with an additional portion of the horseradish sauce.
