Man Of The Match Burger

Instructions

1. Preheat the grill and toast the cut side of the buns until golden, set aside. In a frying pan heat the oil until hot, add the burgers and cook turning occasionally until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and keep warm
2. Add the peppers to the pan and cook over a high heat until blistered and beginning to char. Sprinkle with a little salt
3. To build the burger, spread the bases with the chipotle mayonnaise, add a couple of lettuce leaves, the burger, top with the sliced chorizo the peppers and some more mayonnaise
   Serve with onion rings and fries
