Traditional beef burger with fried oscypek cheese and cranberry sauce, complemented by grilled bacon, mushrooms and an aromatic bun

Ingredients

1 Schulstad CEBULAK Burger bun
1 beef burger
Salt, black pepper – to taste
3 slices of oscypek cheese
3 slices of bacon
3 large mushrooms
1 leaf of green coral lettuce
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of cranberry confiture

Heat the Schulstad CEBULAK BURGER bun in the oven or in a grill pan.
Grill meat and bacon, then season beef with salt and pepper.
Fry slices of oscypek and mushrooms, season mushrooms to taste.
Mix mayonnaise with cranberry confiture.
Spread the cranberry sauce on a warm bun.
Put the ingredients in layers: lettuce, fried meat, bacon, oscypek and mushrooms.
Optionally, top with an additional portion of the cranberry sauce.
