Ingredients 1 full naanta 1 big tomato 400 g fresh mozzarella 6 g fine sea salt or fleur de sel Freshly ground black pepper 8 g packed basil leaves 100 g pesto sauce extra-virgin olive oil for seasoning Instructions Cooking time 30 min Hit 1 full Naanta it in the oven for 2 min. Divide it to 2 parts. Slice the tomatoes and cheese into 5 mm thick slices. Spread pesto inside the Naanta (both sides). Arrange the caprese naanta with two slices of tomato for every piece of cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the basil leaves over the top and drizzle with the oil. Serve at room temperature.
