This hot dog bun is inspired by a classic French baguette. Briefly grilled in a contact grill, it has a crispy crust on the outside and is pleasantly soft on the inside. This bun is not cut and topped like a classic hot dog. The bun already has a hole in which a sausage and sauce can be inserted. This form of presentation makes this hot dog perfect for on-the-go consumption and can be eaten easily with one hand.
